Privacy at Nuvami

Nuvami is designed to help households organize practical information. We collect only information required to provide, secure and support the service.

Information you provide

This can include account information and the household records you choose to store, such as bills, documents, appointments and family administration details.

How information is used

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, enforce household access controls, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse and maintain security.

Payment processing

When you choose Premium, Nuvami sends the minimum checkout details required to PesaPal, including your account email, plan, amount and transaction reference. Payment credentials are entered directly with PesaPal and are not received or stored by Nuvami.

Security

Nuvami uses transport encryption, restricted database roles, row-level access controls, protected sessions and encryption for selected sensitive fields. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can request an account export or deletion from within the application. Destructive requests require recent authentication.
